How to Pay Tuition

Students must pay their tuition and fees in full to be officially registered for the semester.

Log in to your My WJU Dashboard to make a secure payment using a credit or debit card. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

Note: 2.9% convenience fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions.

Bank Transfer (ACH) / Zelle

Direct transfers to the school's official bank account are accepted.

No processing fee.

Personal Check

Write a personal check and mail it to the school's Finance Department.

Please ensure your Student ID number is written on the memo line of the check. No processing fee.

Payment Procedures & Outstanding Balances

Payment at Registration

Students are expected to make full payment of tuition and fees at the time of registration. Any alternative payment arrangements must be pre-approved by the Finance Department.

Outstanding Balances

All institutional charges must be paid in full before graduation. A student who becomes delinquent in their financial obligations will not be allowed to continue enrollment. Furthermore, all transcripts and diplomas shall be withheld until the outstanding amount is paid in full.

Refund Policy

Cancellation

If you cancel your enrollment agreement within the designated cancellation period, the institution will refund any money paid, less the non-refundable application fee.

Processing Time

If a refund is due, it will be processed and issued within 45 days of the official withdrawal date.

Official Add/Drop Period

During the official add/drop period—normally through the first seven (7) calendar days of the semester or session—100% of tuition is refunded.

After Day 7 Through Week 2

From the day after the first seven (7) calendar days through the end of the second week of the semester or session—75% of tuition is refunded.

Weeks 3–4

During the third and fourth weeks of the semester or session—50% of tuition is refunded.

After Week 4

After the fourth week of the semester or session—no institutional refund is issued.
