Church Music Tuition

BCM follows the undergraduate per-credit rate. MCM and the Graduate Diploma (GDCM) use a full-time semester rate or a part-time per-credit rate. The Applied Music Instruction Fee is listed with program-specific fees below.

How to Pay Tuition

Students must pay their tuition and fees in full to be officially registered for the semester.

    Log in to your My WJU Dashboard to make a secure payment using a credit or debit card. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

    Note: 2.9% convenience fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions.

  • Bank Transfer (ACH) / Zelle

    Direct transfers to the school's official bank account are accepted.

    No processing fee.

  • Personal Check

    Write a personal check and mail it to the school's Finance Department.

    Please ensure your Student ID number is written on the memo line of the check. No processing fee.

Payment Procedures & Outstanding Balances

  • Payment at Registration

    Students are expected to make full payment of tuition and fees at the time of registration. Any alternative payment arrangements must be pre-approved by the Finance Department.

  • Outstanding Balances

    All institutional charges must be paid in full before graduation. A student who becomes delinquent in their financial obligations will not be allowed to continue enrollment. Furthermore, all transcripts and diplomas shall be withheld until the outstanding amount is paid in full.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Period

    A student may cancel enrollment within the cancellation period stated in the Student Enrollment Agreement. Any eligible amount paid will be refunded, less the nonrefundable Application Fee.

  • Before the First Class Day

    A written cancellation submitted before the first class day of the applicable semester or session qualifies for a 100% tuition refund.

  • During the Official Add/Drop Period

    A course drop or withdrawal submitted during the official Add/Drop Period qualifies for a 100% tuition refund.

  • After Add/Drop Through the 40% Point

    After the official Add/Drop Period and through the 40% point of the enrollment period, tuition is refunded on a prorated basis according to the uncompleted portion of the enrollment period.

  • After the 40% Point

    After the 40% point of the enrollment period, no tuition refund is issued.

  • Refund Administrative Processing Fee

    A $30 Refund Administrative Processing Fee is deducted from an otherwise eligible student-initiated refund after the official Add/Drop Period.

  • Withdrawal Date

    For refund calculation purposes, the withdrawal date is the date WJU receives the student’s official written cancellation or withdrawal request. If no written request is submitted, WJU determines the date from documented attendance or academically related activity.

  • Processing Time

    If a refund is due, it will be processed and issued within 45 days of the official withdrawal date.
